Tired of the usual Double Strafe or Trapper build and want to try something new? Why don’t you try the Beast Charge build? This build uses STR stat and Beast Bane skill to boost damage potential versus Brute monsters. The Hunter Spirit Soul Linker buff is required too! Check the video at level 50+ you can start strafing at Turtle Island!
PROs
Really strong versus Brute Monsters
You can carr more and won’t get overweight fast because of the STR stat
Great for early leveling / leeching. As soon as you change job to Hunter, you can start leveling/leeching your lowbie characters at Turtle Island
Can reach 10k+ damage with elemental arrows
You can hit MVP Brute bosses harder than the normal Double Strafe type Hunter (Phreeoni, Evil Snake Lord, etc)
CONs
You can only use this skill on Brute Monsters
Limited leveling options (Turtle Island, Minorous, Majororous, Goat, Grand Peco)
Grinding the last 10 levels can be really boring because of your limited map/mob choices
PURE BEAST CHARGE Recommended build:
DEX 90
STR 90
INT: 30
AGI: 30
VIT: 18
HYBRID Recommended build:
DEX: Around 3040
AGI Around 5060
STR: Around 70+
INT: Around 4050 (increase your mana pool)
VIT: Around 4050 (add survivability)
